This course aims to demonstrate the various in-built reporting methods available to ServiceDesk Plus users and how to overcome the limitations of the in-built tools by using the Advanced Analytics options to create and display custom KPI dashboards to suit an organisations individual requirements and how other company data may be integrated into such dynamic dashboard presentations.
