Did you know there are a few options available for accessing your ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus remotely?
Fully Qualified Domain Names (FQDNs)
If you are going to publish access to your ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus over the Internet it’s useful to reference the server via an FQDN. If you are going to do this make sure you update the alias URL details in the Self-Service portal settings under the Admin tab so the links in your email notifications work properly:
Mobile Interface
You might not have been aware that ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus has a mobile GUI. When accessing ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus from a mobile device with an internet browser ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus will detect the fact that it is a mobile device and reformat the presentations screens (you should notice a /mc on the URL in this situation):
