You’ve received your ManageEngine licence file from Set3 Solutions, but what next? Correctly licensing your ManageEngine application is essential for staying compliant and ensuring your system continues to function without disruption.

This guide explains how to apply your ManageEngine licence safely and easily.

Before you begin, please note:

  • Do not edit the ManageEngine licence file. Doing so will corrupt it and make it invalid.
  • In most cases, the relevant service must be running before you apply the licence.
  • If you’ve purchased a cloud application, your ManageEngine licence will be applied automatically in the background: no action required. You will receive an email from Set3 Solutions to confirm that your licence is active.

Once you have received your ManageEngine licence file from Set3 Solutions, simply choose your application from the on-premise list below and follow the relevant steps.

  1. Ensure Access Manager Plus is running and log in.
  2. Download the licence file (license.xml) provided by Set3 Solutions.
  3. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
  4. Select License, browse and select the licence file, then click Upgrade.

  3. Log in to the AD360 Web Client.
  4. Click the License link at the top.
