1. Accelerate IT 2023 – ManageEngine Seminar
   ManageEngine’s UK seminars hosted in London and Manchester look into various ways to enrich your IT with intelligence and automation.
   
2. New ServiceDesk Plus Cloud Feature: Zia blended conversations
   This new feature adds customisable and editable conversations in a GUI to deliver automated responses and streamline your IT helpdesk system.
   
3. New ADManager Plus update
   With build 7183 of ADManager Plus, you can now automate it so that it can auto-install any new hotfixes for the application. The new build also introduces enabling remote mailboxes in bulk.
   
4. New Endpoint Central update
   The Endpoint Central team has released build 11.2.2300.07 this allows technicians to remote access Windows PowerShell and view real-time network and computer performance during remote sessions.
   
5. New OpManager Feature: Forecast Trends for Performance Monitors
   This latest feature in build 126283 can help you identify and forecast trends in your Network Infrastructure, allowing you to create exclusive reports.
