1. New PAM360 Update
   PAM360 has a major release with build 6500. This new build features Smart Login, allowing the convenient method to login via QR code, a new integration with Zoho Flow and some enhancements to PAM360 for a better end-user experience.

2. New ServiceDesk Plus Cloud Update
   ServiceDesk Plus Cloud has some new enhancements to the overall system giving a general UI change for a better end-user experience.

3. New ADSelfService Plus Update
   New build 6306 has just been released with the new feature of integration with ManageEngine LOG360 and integration with DUO universal prompt. This new build also brings some enhancements to the application to help you with your self-service needs.

4. New ServiceDesk Plus Cloud Masterclass Episode Announced

5. LOG360 Workshop Series Announced
   The LOG360 team is hosting a 3 part webinar workshop series starting November 14th.
