1. New Episode Of ServiceDesk Plus Cloud Masterclass Series

2. New ServiceDesk Plus Update
   Last week ServiceDesk Plus updated to build 14306. This new build enhances the end user experience with survey reports and worklog requests.

3. New ServiceDesk Plus Cloud Update
   With this new update to ServiceDesk Plus Cloud you can now have multiple custom URLs for each instance you have made.
