3. New SupportCenter Plus Update
   Build 14302 gives further stability to SupportCenter Plus allowing for efficient use and a smoother end user experience. Read about it here.

5. SAML Authentication For ServiceDesk Plus Mobile
   ManageEngine has just released the capability to use SAML authentication on iOS and Android version of their applications. Ensure that your ServiceDesk Plus is on build 14200 and onwards for compatibility. For more information, click here.
